Brandon "BW" M. is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology consulting, business operations, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of the Technology Team and a Senior Technology and Innovation Business Consultant at the Maryland Small Business Development Center since November 2014, Brandon provides subject matter expertise in start-up businesses, innovative technology, government operations, and job growth in STEAM fields. As Managing Principal at FnxPearl since February 2014, Brandon leads a holistic suite of services designed to support small business owners through evidence-based entrepreneurship and sustainability. Previous roles include co-founding Mid-Atlantic Angels, serving as President and CEO of Mason Livesay Scientific, and holding positions at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Culmen International, where Brandon's work focused on project management and training in advanced technology and security. Brandon holds a Master of Arts in World Politics with a focus on Nonproliferation Studies from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Virginia University.
