Elaine E. Crawford

Elaine E. Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Elaine E. began their career as a Reading Specialist in Stamford Public Schools in 2002 and worked in this role until 2007. During this time, they also held the position of UniServ Director at the Illinois Education Association from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined the Maryland State Education Association as a UniServ Director and later became the Managing Director in June 2023. Elaine E. Crawford has demonstrated expertise in education and union services throughout their career.

Elaine E. Crawford began their education journey in 1992 at Manhattanville College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Math. Elaine E. successfully completed their studies in 1996. After that, Elaine pursued further education and enrolled at Southern Connecticut State University in 2005. There, they focused on their specialization in Remedial Reading and Language Arts, earning a Master's degree in 2006.
