Herman S. Whitter has a diverse work experience in the education and legal field. Herman S. served as the Managing Director at the Maryland State Education Association from January 2006 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Labor Law Professor at the Capital University School of Law from August 2001 to January 2006. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Dispute Resolution/Attorney at the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association from May 1996 to January 2006.
Herman S. Whitter pursued their education from 1982 to 1986 at Syracuse University - Maxwell School. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science [BS] degree in International Relations with a minor in Spanish. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Washington and Lee University School of Law from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Juris Doctorate [JD] degree in Law.
