Rhea Frye

Rhea Frye possesses extensive experience in educational programming and public affairs, currently serving at the Maryland State Education Association since June 2017 in the Center for Public Affairs. Prior to this role, Rhea held positions at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, including Chesapeake Classrooms Implementation Coordinator and MELP Implementation Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed programming and operations for teacher professional learning. Rhea's career also includes experience as an Outreach Database Specialist at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Rhea earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Sociology from Charleston Southern University and has education from Coastal Carolina University.
