Lea-Anne Stagg

Lea-Anne Stagg is the Director of Human Resources at Marymound. Lea-Anne has over four years of experience in human resources and has a comprehensive understanding of management needs, labour relations, and policy development. Prior to their current position, Lea-Anne was a Human Resources Consultant at Red River College where they provided coaching, consultation, and counsel to all levels of the organization. Lea-Anne was also responsible for conducting formal and informal investigations, guiding management through labour relations issues, and helping with succession planning and staff development. Lea-Anne is a supportive counsellor who is able to provide objective advice during emotionally heightened situations. Lea-Anne is also experienced in personal accommodations and gradual back to work planning.
