Jennifer Bigelow

Jennifer Bigelow, Ed.D., currently serves as the Head of School at Visitation School and as an Adjunct Professor in the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership at Marymount University. With extensive experience in leadership roles within educational institutions, Jennifer has previously held positions such as Interim Superintendent of Schools for the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, Academic Dean at Benedictine Schools of Richmond, and several principalships, including at The Franciscan School and the Academy of the Holy Names. Additionally, Jennifer is the founder of The Bigelow Leadership Group and has provided training and coaching as a Resilient Leadership Trainer and Coach. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from North Carolina State University and two Master's degrees from the University of South Florida, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
