Larry Clay Jr

Larry Clay Jr, PhD, is an accomplished academic and business professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Business and Management at Marymount University since June 2021. As a Business Development Administrator for Conscious Business Innerprise and Humanity’s Team, Larry designs and facilitates programs focused on conscious entrepreneurship and leadership. Larry is the Founder and Managing Director of Flourishing Design + Innovations, a consulting firm dedicated to sustainability and innovation. Additionally, Larry has extensive experience in operations management as a Conference Special Operations Consultant for the National Black MBA Association and has held various leadership roles in strategic management and sales within multiple organizations. Educational credentials include a PhD in Management/Designing Sustainable Systems from the Weatherhead School of Management, an Executive MBA in Global Business Leadership from the University of Memphis, and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from Grambling State University.
