Brian Carlson

Brian Carlson has extensive experience in the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) consulting and services. Brian is the founder and president of Brian Carlson Consulting, LLC, where they specialize in executive IT management, business and information architecture, strategy development, and software development. Brian has also served as the Vice President and CIO of the YMCA of Snohomish County, providing leadership and direction for their information technology department. Additionally, Carlson has held positions as the Chief Technology Officer of DecisionViewer™, where they oversaw the design, development, and implementation of a cloud-based incident management system, and as the Chief Technology Officer for the Homeland Security Advisory Council, where they led the development of a collaboration platform for disaster preparedness and response. Furthermore, they have worked as a consultant for IT Crisis Services Inc., focusing on disaster recovery strategies, and as an IT director at World Vision International, where they played a crucial role in developing ICT roadmaps and strategies for collaboration, innovation, and emergency response.

Brian Carlson attended Biola University from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Brian then attended Shoreline Community College from 1993 to 1994, focusing on Computer Science.
