Talia Silveri Wright

Talia Silveri Wright has a diverse work history that spans different industries and roles. Talia is currently the Events & Campaigns Director at Mary's Place, a position they started in August 2021. Prior to that, Talia worked as a Visual Artist, specializing in sculpture, installation, photography, and mixed media. Talia started their artistic practice in 2004 and continues to pursue it alongside their other work.

In terms of fundraising and nonprofit management, Talia was a Co-Founder and Partner at Assembly Fundraising from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they were a Consultant at The Ostara Group from 2016 to 2017. Talia also worked as an Experiential Marketing, Fundraising, and Events Consultant as a self-employed professional from 2017 to 2020, supporting organizations such as Solid Ground, Rainier Valley Food Bank, and Pottery Northwest.

Talia'sprevious experiences include serving as the Events Manager at Pilchuck Glass School from 2012 to 2016, where they managed various events. Talia also held the position of Events and Volunteer Director at Kirkland Arts Center from 2010 to 2012, overseeing fundraising programming and volunteer management. Talia worked as an Events Coordinator at Torn Space Theater from 2010 to 2011 and as a Volunteer Coordinator/Media Arts Intern at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center from 2008 to 2011.

Additionally, Talia gained experience as an Arts Management Consultant and Gallery Guide at the Buffalo Museum of Science from 2008 to 2010. Overall, Talia Silveri Wright brings a diverse skill set in events management, fundraising, and arts administration to their current role at Mary's Place.

Talia Silveri Wright earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Museum Studies from Buffalo State University in 2008. Talia later obtained a Master of Arts in Arts Management from the University at Buffalo, which they completed in 2011.
