Joie Mette

Joie Mette is an experienced professional currently serving as a Community Service Officer for Animal Control at the Marysville Police Department since April 2023 and as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor for The Trevor Project since February 2023. Mette has been a Guest Teacher with the Snohomish School District since February 2020 and operates as a Microblading Artist and Co-Owner of a self-employed tattoo and piercing business since July 2017. Previous roles include Installation Coordinator at Precor for a six-month contract in 2017 and Account Manager at Funko from November 2015 to July 2017. Mette holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees in Criminal Justice Forensics and Criminal Psychology from Liberty University, along with previous degrees in Music Performance and Liberal Arts from Austin Peay State University and Alfred State College, respectively.
