Erica L. Gonzales, MBA, has extensive experience in administrative operations and human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Administrative Operations at Maryvale since August 2007. Erica has held various positions at Maryvale, including Director of Human Resources & Administrative Operations and Administrative Clerk. In June 2024, Erica joined C-Sweet as an Executive Committee Member, contributing to a global community of female executives. Additionally, Erica serves as the Board Co-Treasurer for the Pasadena Chapter of the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA) since May 2024. Erica's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles.

ABOUT US Maryvale is Los Angeles’ oldest children’s charity and one of San Gabriel Valley’s most trusted and longest-running providers of child and family services for the underserved. We have been committed to serving the needs of children and families since 1856. We provide early education and after-school programming, mental health and wrap-around services, community education, short-term transitional housing for various populations in need, as well as offer outpatient substance abuse treatment for children and teens.
