Erica L. Gonzales, MBA, has extensive experience in administrative operations and human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Administrative Operations at Maryvale since August 2007. In June 2024, Erica joined C-Sweet as an Executive Committee Member, contributing to a global community of female executives.
