Daniella MacRito

Daniella Macrito has extensive experience in client management and care within the mental health field. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Maryville since September 2017, Daniella manages a caseload of nine clients, implements individualized program services, and enhances staff morale through performance evaluations and reward systems. Additionally, Daniella addresses staffing challenges, ensures compliance with DCFS regulations, and develops motivational plans for clients. Prior experience as a Youth Care Specialist involved teaching essential life skills and providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a therapeutic setting. Daniella also completed a Psychiatry Internship with Dr. Martha Shuping, MD, where observational training included psychiatric assessments and treatment planning. Daniella holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology with minors in Theological Studies and Spanish from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
