Norm Joyce possesses extensive experience in financial management and accounting within the not-for-profit sector. Currently serving as Pension Administrator and CFO at Maryville Academy since November 2011, Norm oversees the financial operations of a $30 million organization. Prior to this role, Norm was CFO at Fam Service/Comm Mental Health Center, managing financial and accounting functions while addressing funding sustainability challenges. Norm also held the position of Director of Accounting at Allendale Association, responsible for financial oversight within another $30 million not-for-profit focused on youth residential treatment. Earlier career experience includes serving as Corporate Controller at Intermatic, a $200 million producer of timing devices and outdoor lighting. Norm holds an MBA in Accounting from DePaul University and a CPA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
