Cassie Akins

Cassie Akins is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Academic Records at Maryville University of Saint Louis since September 2019. Prior to this position, Cassie held a variety of roles at St. Charles Community College, including Director of Enrollment Services & Registrar and Manager of Academic Credentials, where responsibilities included overseeing credit registration activities and implementing electronic transcript exchange. Additional experience includes positions in residence life management at institutions such as Saint Louis University and Ball State University, as well as instructional roles at Red Lobster and the University of South Florida. Cassie holds an M.A. in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University and a B.S. in Psychology and Law Enforcement & Justice Administration from Western Illinois University.
