Jennifer McCluskey

Jennifer McCluskey, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President for Student Success at Maryville University, a position held since June 2002. In this role, Jennifer leads the new division of Student Success, oversees several initiatives including academic advising, career coaching, and the Life Coaching model. Jennifer co-chairs various committees focused on innovation and technology and manages several Centers for Core Values. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Associate Vice President and Director of the Center for Academic Success & First-Year Experience, demonstrating significant achievements in improving student retention rates. Additionally, Jennifer consults nationally through Credo - Higher Education Consulting, advising on first-year experience development and retention initiatives. Jennifer's extensive experience in higher education includes previous roles at the University of Denver, Arkansas State University, and Quinnipiac University, alongside advanced degrees in Higher Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
