Kim Grantham

Kim Grantham serves as the Executive Director of Recruitment & Student Experience at Maryville University of Saint Louis since October 2023, focusing on strategic enrollment initiatives and collaboration with academic and external partners for online programs. Prior to this role, Kim held several positions at Pearson from March 2012 to August 2023, including Director of Operations - Recruitment Services, where leadership of a 60-member team facilitated new student enrollment and partnerships. As Associate Director of Recruitment Services, Kim established a team of enrollment advisors and successfully launched over 35 programs within three years. Kim began the career in admissions as an Admission Rep at Everest College from March 2011 to March 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University, obtained in 2009.
