Jules Riley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They worked as the Head of Growth for the investments arm of MAS, where they focused on driving growth and leading the development of the responsible investment program. Prior to that, Jules was the Growth Manager at Booster NZ, responsible for driving direct member growth and doubling customer numbers in 12 months. They also established Antipodean Wines, successfully launching New Zealand brands in Scandinavia. Jules served as the Head of Business Development at Pure PHA, leading a joint venture to commercialize biodegradable bioplastic production. They also held the position of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Lifetime Retirement Income, helping grow assets under management significantly. Additionally, Jules worked as a Business Development Manager at MediaWorks NZ and as a Relationship Associate in Institutional Banking at ANZ. They started their career as an Analyst at the New Zealand Treasury.

Jules Riley's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and German from the University of Otago, obtained in 2012. In 2012, Jules also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Studies from Heidelberg University. In terms of certifications, Jules has obtained several, including Actuarial Science Fundamentals from The Australian National University and various Google Ads certifications. Jules is currently pursuing different New Zealand Certificates in Financial Services from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, with a focus on investments, life/disability/health insurance, general insurance, and residential property lending.
