Joy joined WSG (now part of MAS Advisors) in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant and has since assumed the role of Client Services Associate and Operations Manager. In her current role, Joy is a dedicated liaison between their advisors and clients where she provides a broad range of support including facilitating client inquiries. She works with the clients to both gather new account documentation and to update existing account information and records.
Prior to joining WSG, Joy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Teacher Education and pursued a career as a teacher and private school administrator. Her supportive approach and attention to detail helps ensure that the clients receive the high-quality, personable service they have come to expect from their team.
