Karen Frisky

Ms. Frisky received her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 1994 and holds a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Ms. Frisky has served in senior management roles, including Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, for several public companies on both the TSX-V and the CSE, and brings with her a vast array of accounting skills, earned during her 28 years of experience, including 12 years’ practice in senior management roles with professional public companies. Prior to entering the mining industry Ms. Frisky worked in public practice before moving to private industry where she worked in senior accounting positions in the non-profit, health, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
