Kaushala Opatha

Kaushala Opatha is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Executive in Learning and Development at MAS Holdings since December 2021. In this role, Kaushala identifies staff development needs, designs impactful learning programs, and fosters leadership development. Previous positions include Human Resources Executive in Recruitment and Head of the Employee Relations Department at MAS Holdings, where responsibilities encompassed candidate sourcing, onboarding, employee relations management, and training coordination. Prior to MAS Holdings, Kaushala worked as a Graduate Management Trainee at Esquel Group, participated in grievance handling, and supported team skill development.
