Sharon Thambyayah

Sharon Thambyayah is a Digital Evangelist at MAS Holdings, with a diverse background in digital excellence, project management, and business analysis since February 2016. Sharon has led and co-led significant initiatives, including the "ONE MAS Payroll Project," aimed at standardizing payroll processes across MAS companies using Oracle Cloud Solutions. Responsibilities have included managing employee data for around 36,000 individuals and participating in the Change Management Team to facilitate system platform transitions. Sharon also contributed to the development of an E-learning platform during an internship at MAS. Prior experience includes a position as Trainee Executive at the London School of Marketing, where study materials for MBA students were created. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management and a Diploma in Economics from the University of London, complemented by a strong foundational education from Ladies' College.
