Olga Duarte

Olga Duarte is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In-House Counsel at Masaya Co - Seed to Seat Furniture since November 2022. As a Co-Founder of Chocolate Momotombo since November 2004, Olga has also held the position of Abogada - Asociada at Arias Law from June 2017 to November 2022, providing legal advice in maritime, customs, corporate, and labor law. Prior to that, Olga worked as a Tax Senior at EY from June 2007 to November 2022 and gained experience as an Intern Legal Advisor at Just Fair in 2012. Olga's academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in International Customs Techniques from Instituto de Estudios Fiscales, a Certificate in Trade Policy and Commercial Diplomacy from Carleton University, and a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad Americana. Additional studies were completed at the University of California, Los Angeles.
