Francisco Escobar Araque has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting from 2022, they currently hold the position of Manager at Masaya Experience. Previously, in 2021, they served as the General Manager at Pao Pao Beach Club from September to December. In 2021, they also worked as an Auditor at Costeño Beach Hostel for a brief period of time. Between 2018 and 2020, Francisco was the Director General of Operations at Tranq it Easy boats. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they held the role of General Manager at Casa en el Agua. Francisco has also gained experience in the field of research as a Designer at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2014 to 2015. - In May 2010, they took part in the "1ra Velada de Diseño y Movilidad, porque el Valle nos toca" organized by the Universidad Nacional de Colombia Sede Palmira in Palmira, Valle del Cauca.

- In April 2011, they participated in the "II Encuentro Internacional de Movilidad Urbana Sostenible: Un diálogo entre Europa y América Latina" organized by the Centro de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo CID at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia Sede Bogotá.
