Carolin Brunnbauer

Carolin Brunnbauer has had a diverse work experience. Carolin started their career at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen in 2008 as a Projektleiterin Vertrieb and worked in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Manager in Finance & HR at Reinhausen South Africa (Pty) Ltd. In 2016, they returned to Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen as the Head of the HR Expertise Center.

Carolin Brunnbauer began their education in 2002 at the University of Regensburg, where they obtained a Diplom Kauffrau degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften in 2008. In 2005, they also completed a one-year study abroad program at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, focusing on Wirtschaftswissenschaften. From 2009 to 2015, Carolin pursued further education at FernUniversität in Hagen, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychologie.

Additionally, Carolin Brunnbauer has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. Later, in 2021, Carolin became a Certified Business Coach MBCI, following the standards of DBVC, IOBC, and QRC, through the Munich Business Coaching Institute (MBCI). Most recently, in 2023, they obtained the Certified Nature Coach certification from the Lifebalance Coach Academy.
