Kathrin Koppmann

Kathrin Koppmann serves as the Head of HR Expertise Center at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen since January 2023. Prior to this role, Koppmann held various positions at Conrad Electronic SE from April 2012 to July 2023, including Leitung Personalentwicklung and Senior Expert HR Development, where responsibilities included employee training, implementation of performance appraisal systems, budget management, leadership consulting, and seminar development, especially for leadership training. Koppmann's earlier experience includes serving as Training Manager at Klüber Lubrication from November 2007 to March 2012, overseeing training across multiple vocational disciplines and developing educational programs. Koppmann holds a Diplomhandelslehrer degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik with a supplementary qualification in labor law from the University of Mannheim, completed in 2007.
