Shirley Shen

Shirley Shen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Shirley began their career as an HR Officer at Hachette Filipacchi Media China in 2003, where they established HR processes and policies and oversaw the expansion of the employee base. In 2005, they joined Emerson Process Management Marine System as an HR Supervisor, where they played a key role in setting up HR processes and policies, managing rapid employee expansion, and being involved in merger and acquisition activities. In 2009, Shirley joined Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, where they held multiple roles, including Human Resources Manager Great China/HRBP and Head of Human Resources & Marcom. Their responsibilities included managing HR functions, overseeing employee growth, and leading HR projects.

Shirley Shen pursued their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Renmin University of China, completing their studies in 2018.
