J. Randy Hough

J. Randy Hough, has served as Chief Financial Officer for Maschmeyer Concrete Company since 1991. Randy is a founding member of Maschmeyer Concrete’s Advisory Board. He has also been an instructor for the National Ready Mix Concrete Association’s Certified Concrete Sales Professional continuing education program.

Randy earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a M.S. in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. Professional designations include Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and Personal Financial Specialist. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Randy’s academic achievements overall earned him admission to the following honor societies: Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi.
