Brian Parke

Brian Parke is currently a Shareholder and Patent Attorney at Maschoff Brennan, where Brian has been working since August 2011. Prior to this, Brian worked as an Attorney, Law Clerk, and Summer Associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Brian also gained experience as a Law Clerk at Moazzam Law and Associates, a Summer Associate at Nixon Peabody, and an Intern at Micron Technology where Brian developed high-speed testing equipment for memory devices. Brian holds a JD from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University. Brian graduated from Viewmont High School in 2000.
