Christina Trinh

Christina Trinh is a Partner at Maschoff Brennan, where Christina manages complex civil litigations, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, unlawful and unfair competition, and Section 337 matters before the International Trade Commission. Prior to this, Christina held positions as an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate at Buchalter and an Associate at Thomas Whitelaw, handling various civil litigation matters. Christina also has experience as a Judicial Extern in the Patent Pilot Program at the United States District Court and has a Doctor of Law degree from USC Gould School of Law.
