Fabio Bombonato is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality. As the Group Chief Information Officer at Masco Group since July 2025, Fabio oversees ICT strategies and budgets. Prior to this, Fabio served as Group IT Director at Lonati spa, and held significant positions at Capgemini, IMS Technologies, and coeclerici spa, focusing on ICT governance, project management, and financial systems. Notable achievements include the implementation of Oracle EBS R12 at Costa Crociere and leading IT governance and virtualization projects while serving as Group CIO at UBH Group. Fabio holds a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
