Cailin McMurdo-Minnich

Cailin McMurdo-Minnich has worked at various companies in different roles throughout their career. Cailin started at The Alpine Shop as a Softgoods Supervisor from September 2006 to April 2009. Cailin then worked at Merchants Bank as a Personal Banker/Assistant Manager from April 2009 to August 2012. Next, they joined Citizens Bank as a VP, Relationship Manager I from August 2012 to September 2019. Currently, they are working at Mascoma Bank, where they started as a VP, Commercial Loan Officer I in September 2019 and was promoted to VP, Commercial Loan Officer II in March 2023.

Cailin McMurdo-Minnich obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont from 2004 to 2008. Their academic focus during this time included Biology-Animal Science as well as Community Development and Applied Economics.
