James Williams

James Williams currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Mascoma Bank since December 2024, having previously held the position of EVP, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer at Newburyport Bank. With extensive experience in financial oversight, James has led finance and accounting functions across various institutions, including strategic roles at Boston Private and EY. At Boston Private, responsibilities included investor relations, financial reporting, and managing the Integration Management Office during a major acquisition. James began a career in finance at Goldman Sachs and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
