Allyson Waldman

Allyson Waldman is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Roush since February 2019, bringing extensive experience from a 13-year tenure at Ford Motor Company, where roles included Global Manufacturing Controller and Global Purchasing Finance Director. In these positions, Allyson led a global finance organization of over 500 people, managed an annual cost of over $25 billion, and successfully implemented significant cost reduction and cash savings initiatives. Notable achievements include delivering $2 billion in material cost savings and an $850 million reduction in annual costs while overseeing a global inventory of $10 billion. Prior roles at Ford also included responsibilities in international finance and internal audit. Allyson holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
