Kanan Arifli

Kanan Arifli is a lecturer at Sumgayit State University and Azerbaijan Technical University, specializing in topics related to scientific research and energy efficiency, respectively. In addition, Kanan serves as a Mechanical Technician at the Garadagh Solar PV Plant, focusing on the maintenance and troubleshooting of various mechanical systems. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Chief of Technical Department at Azerenerji OJSC, where responsibilities encompassed balance accounting and maintenance planning at Shimal Power Plant LLC. Kanan's background also features positions as a Trainer in Thermal Engineering, a Gas Turbine Operator, and an Instrumentation and Control Engineer, alongside an internship in thermal engineering. Kanan holds a Master’s degree in Thermal Power Plant Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
