Tom Thorogood

Tom Thorogood is a Vice President of Engineering at Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company), where they have been leading initiatives since 2024. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at RWE Renewables and held various project management and engineering roles across prominent companies in the renewable energy sector, including AMEC Wind and Mainstream Renewable Power. Tom earned a BSc and MEng in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester, graduating in 1998. With extensive experience in offshore wind projects, they have consistently contributed to major developments within the industry.
