Tracey Corea

Tracey joined Henry Schein Orthodontics as Manager, Human Resources in December of 2012. She has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience. As a human resource professional and consultant, Tracey Corea has worked with US and European venture-backed high-technology and biotechnology startups, as well as manufacturing and call center organizations. Tracey’s areas of expertise include staffing and retention, benefits and compensation, mergers and acquisitions, HR software systems, and legal compliance. A native Californian, Tracey holds her B.A. degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, San Bernardino. Tracey is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
