Gustavo Barbosa is a seasoned restaurant management professional with extensive experience in operations and team development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at MasFajitas since March 2015, Gustavo oversees daily operations while implementing effective systems and mentoring staff. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations for Darden Restaurants, supervising LongHorn Steakhouses in Central Texas, and achieving recognition as a top performer at Longhorn Steakhouse as a Managing Partner. Gustavo also held general management roles at Golden Corral Corporation and Arby's Restaurant Group. Academically, Gustavo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, complemented by various studies in management and business.

Who We Are At MasFajitas, we take great pride in preparing from scratch our Salsas, Guacamole, Beans, Pico de Gallo, Shredded Chicken, Ground Beef, Soup and much more. We also locally source our ingredients and produce (when available). The history of MasFajitas started over 20 years ago when brothers, Albert and Mario Sorto "Learned" at their uncle's restaurant in Houston many of the great recipes we serve today. They took their knowledge and hard work to open the first MasFajitas location in Caldwell in 1997. Times have come and gone, Caldwell is the town's favorite place to go and its expansion took place to accommodate the increase in business. Taylor MasFajitas was born in 2005 and Round Rock joined the team in 2011, Georgetown in 2016 and Killeen in 2017. One thing has remained consistent during these decades of hard work, their passion for fresh and flavorful food everyday! Our guests' favorite dishes are prepared here like no other place. The Caldwell special (#1 hands down!), Steak Ranchero, Shrimp a La Mexicana, Enchiladas Verdes, Hot Skillet Apple Pie are on top of their list every time.
