Moran Abir

Moran Abir is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Mashcal - Local Government Economic Services Ltd. since November 2019, Moran oversees projects with budgets exceeding 100 million shekels, coordinating efforts among municipalities and construction entities while ensuring quality standards are met. Prior to this role, Moran held the position of Construction Project Manager at Electra, managing projects involving over 80 elevators and presenting quarterly updates to the CEO.
