For nearly 50 years, Local Government Economic Services Ltd. (Mashcal), a subsidiary of The Federation of Local Authorities in Israel, has been providing logistical and project management services to all local authorities: small towns, large cities and regional councils. We assist municipalities around the country – representing all of Israel’s diverse populations – with all aspects of their operations, such as physical & digital infrastructure, education, transportation, sanitation, human resources, playgrounds and sports facilities, insurance and more.
Mashcal was founded out of a desire shared by Israeli municipalities to pool their combined resources, following a model which is unique worldwide.
