Iris Carattini

Iris Carattini has extensive work experience in various roles within the property management industry. Iris started their career at Stratus Real Estate in 1997, where they worked in quality control until 2007. Iris then joined Stratus Real Estate and Beach Front Properties as a Regional Supervisor from 2005 to 2011. Iris went on to work at Century Villages at Cabrillo as Iris Carattini from 2011 to 2012. Iris then worked at Con AM Management Corporation as a Community Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a self-employed consultant until 2016. Since 2016, Iris has been with Mashcole Property Management, where they have held various positions such as Training Department Director and Director of Training and Development.

Iris Carattini is currently pursuing a degree in Music Performance, General at NYC, starting in 2019.
