Since January 2009, Joel has served as Principal, President, and COO of Mashcole Property Management, overseeing portfolios of more than 18,000 multi-family units across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. Prior to this role, Joel held positions as Senior Vice President at Granite Investment Group and Principal/Executive Vice President at Stratus Real Estate Inc. Joel holds a degree from California State University, Northridge, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1992.
