Cody Dales, SHRM-CP

Cody Dales is currently the Vice President of Special Projects and Compliance at Mashgin, where they focus on legal and information security compliance, international business development, and leading various initiatives. Prior to this role, Cody held positions in operations, finance, and talent acquisition at companies like Deserve and Talkdesk. They have also worked as a Recruiting Sourcer at Carbon and as an English Teaching Assistant at The Fulbright Program. Cody holds a degree in Germanic Languages and Literatures from Harvard University and is currently pursuing a degree in Finance from William & Mary.
