Cody Dales, SHRM-CP

Cody Dales, SHRM-CP has a diverse background in the business and education industries. Cody began their career in 2013 as a Dutch Research Assistant for the Harvard University Department of Economics. In 2015, they worked as an English Teaching Assistant for The Fulbright Program. In 2016, they were a Recruiting Sourcer for Carbon, where they were responsible for resume review and ATS (Lever) integrity, conducted and coordinated interviews, and negotiated offers. In 2017, they worked for Talkdesk as Talent Acquisition Operations, managing day-of-interview operations, optimizing and training ATS (Greenhouse), and focusing on talent branding, team metrics, and data collection. That same year, they also worked as Chief of Staff for Deserve, leading talent acquisition and human resources, managing daily business operations and facilities, and acting as the chief aide-de-camp to the CEO and executive team. In 2019, they joined Mashgin as Vice President of Finance and Director of Operations. In this role, they led the business operations and business analytics, human resources, legal, information security, accounting, and finance functions, managed the facilities, worked closely in tandem with the manufacturing operations and sales, and carried out special projects at the direction of the CEO.

Cody Dales is currently enrolled in a Master's program in Finance at the William & Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business, which they began in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an A.B. in Germanic Languages and Literatures, cum laude, from Harvard University in 2015. In 2013, they also studied Dutch Language (B2) at Utrecht University. In 2021, they obtained a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In June of 2022, they also obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management, with Distinction, from UC Berkeley Extension.
