Joshua Mounce

Joshua Mounce has a diverse work experience. Joshua began their career in 2011 as an Apple Computer Sales Associate at Best Buy. In 2013, they joined Apple, where they held a variety of roles, including Lead, Pro, Genius, Genius Administrator, and Specialist. In 2020, they joined Mashgin as a Hardware Support Engineer and Deployment Engineer, where they were responsible for the deployment and installation of kiosks across the country, ensuring projects were completed on time and customers were happy.

Joshua Mounce attended Louisiana State University from 2012 to 2018, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained three certifications from Apple: Apple Mac Hardware Certification in June 2016, Apple Mac Software Certification in June 2015, and Apple Small Device Certification in February 2014.
