Ashfaq Bandey

Ashfaq Bandey is an experienced executive in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Mashreq since October 2010. Previously, Ashfaq held several senior positions within Mashreq, including Senior Vice President in People Advisory & Business Partnering and Vice President & HR Business Partner for Wholesale Banking. Prior to joining Mashreq, Ashfaq worked as Recruitment Manager for Wholesale & International Banking at Mashreqbank from 2006 to 2010 and held multiple roles at the Ministry of Justice UK, including Senior Planning and Performance Manager from 2003 to 2006. Ashfaq possesses a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) from the University of Lincoln, and is pursuing a CIPD qualification.
