Dinesh Laddha is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President Technology at Mashreq since October 2021, Dinesh previously held positions including Director Technology APAC at Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Capital Markets Technology at Wells Fargo. Dinesh's expertise includes improving test efficiency through automation and managing QA teams across various financial sectors. Significant contributions were made at Synechron, including the development of hybrid automation frameworks for Complex Trade Workflows and enhancements in reliability and scalability for automation tools. Dinesh began his career with roles at Econix Hi Tech Components, Orion Solution, and Century Enka Ltd., following a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering and a PGD in Foreign Trade.
