Leen Asfour

Leen Asfour is an experienced professional in product management and digital banking, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Digital Product Lead at Mashreq since May 2023, focusing on the NeoBiz digital business banking platform. Previously, Leen held the position of Product Lead at Reflect, where significant achievements included managing the scaling of various financial products and services, contributing to the growth of Jordan’s first Neobank. Prior experience at Arab Bank involved launching API-based products and developing Arabi Pay, alongside roles as a Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager in Financial Institutions. Leen's professional foundation is supported by an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Jordan and a Masterclass in Advanced Product Management from Product Faculty, where recognition included a first-place capstone project.
