Maryam Yaqoob

Maryam Yaqoob is an experienced professional in technology project management and information security. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Technology Projects Manager at Mashreq Bank since August 2021, Maryam oversees the delivery of technology projects and microservices technology initiatives. Previously, as Information Security Officer at the Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi from September 2019 to July 2021, Maryam led efforts to promote information security awareness and was a member of the ISO27001 Audit Team. Additionally, a brief internship at DP World in early 2019 provided foundational experience in the Information Technology Department. Maryam holds a Bachelor's degree in Information System - Security and Forensics from Higher Colleges of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Transformation at the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
