Pranati Chadha

Pranati Chadha is a UX Lead - Consultant at Mashreq since February 2024, bringing extensive experience in user experience and service design. Prior to Mashreq, Pranati held the position of Senior Service Designer at Tribal Experience, contributing to digital transformation projects for the Ministry of Health in the UAE. Earlier roles include Senior User Experience Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities spanned Digital Client Experience and Client Onboarding Technology, and UX Consultant at CollectivWorks, focused on core product UX strategy. Pranati also served as User Experience Designer at Culture Machine Media, PeepalDesign, and Exilant Technologies, along with initial experiences as a UX Intern at Robert Bosch Engineering and PeepalDesign. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in International Management and Design Innovation from the University of Glasgow and The Glasgow School of Art, and a Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design from Symbiosis Institute of Design.
