Shreepad Chinchankar is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in risk management, governance, and wealth management. Currently serving as the Head of Risk Control and Governance for Wealth Management at Mashreq Bank since September 2019, Shreepad previously held key positions at ADIB as Head of Governance and Control, where strong risk culture initiatives were implemented. Prior experience includes leading the Non-Resident Indian Business at Barclays Bank, achieving significant growth, and multiple leadership roles at Citigroup, ultimately managing profitability and enhancing service offerings across various regions.
