Arturo Féval

Arturo Féval has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Arturo is currently working at Masimo as an HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Team Lead. In this role, they supervise and mentors a team while driving the recruitment cycle across EMEA and LATAM regions. Prior to this, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Masimo, where they were responsible for supervising the TA team and proposing process improvement initiatives. Before joining Masimo, Arturo worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KEYTEO and IT Advanced Consulting SA. Arturo started their career as a Stagiaire MPC at Swisscom.

Arturo Féval obtained their Brevet Fédéral de Spécialiste en Ressources Humaines from Romandie Formation in 2023. In 2020, they received a Certificat d'assistant du personnel in Gestion des ressources humaines from HRSE. From 2010 to 2015, they attended Gymnase de Beaulieu and obtained a CFC Employé de commerce + Maturité Professionnelle Commerciale degree. In 2016, they also earned a TOEFL Certificate from The TOEFL® test.
